i just downloaded all the stuff then when it asked my name and password i clicked play then it said i couldnt play and i dont know how to from the site

im having a problem like this, i think its because to many people are opening up shops, half the time people shop at them i suggest that less people open mini shops and play the darn game everytime i enter my name and pass and go to play it just closes out :mad:

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.
Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?
Vid card drivers up to date?
Meet minimum requirements?
Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions can cause the game to NOT launch.
