Will there be an update to honeying kq for a bigger number of participants? because it always fails.

I doubt there will be enough to fill it...when im on, not even half the HKQ has a participant en mostly you have to wait an hour to play. -_-

Its not quantity its quality. I've been in 3 or 4 epic win ones (haven't done that many), even finished near the overall record for the kq before. It takes actual team work, something very lacking in most all kqs (note 'most' not all). If you don't set up parties to go in before hand with a plan then you need to get everyone runnign right off the bat and have someone dictating what needs done. Honestly, if you don't get too many jerks it works well. Everyone needs to know their role and do what needs done, its honestly one of the few kqs where clerics really gotta be helpful to the parties with heals (espeically at the end) fighters gotta keep agroo off the other classes and damage decrease/mock, and long rangers need to do aoes and dots like crazy. Move together as a group kill in large mobs surrounding 1 tank for efficient aoes (as large as the tank can handle) have one tank and 'sub tanks' if needed (multi devas are real good) when you get to the end kill all the little guys before you start the boss, have long rangers gather if needed. Anyways as I said its not about how many you got but how well you work together.

If it was easier to win it then more people would join, trust me. I know it's winnable and it isn't even too hard with a pre-organized party, but if you play it like KQs are supposed to be played (with random unorganized people) then it will almost always fail and that's why so many people are pissed and don't to it anymore. This problem was there ever since Honeying KQ was done and nobody ever did something about it, not even a word from the publishers. I don't really have hope that anyone of the higher-ups really cares about it.

That statement is so wrong. I have played and beaten Honeying with complete random people.
All Honeying requires is for people to DO THEIR JOBS (imagine that) and NOT bail just because things look bad. There is a difference between perceived fails and definite fails.
The reason why Honeying fails is because people don't do their jobs correctly:
Fighters don't tank or don't gather large enough groups.
Clerics don't spam heal
Mages and archers don't spam AoE and don't stone/pot if they have to.

Whenever i see 2 or 3 houses im like: "jup, here we go again, why did i even bother?"

I always rest in KQs too because I don't waste money on them when I'm not getting any, but all other KQs are doable with resting.

This statement doesn't make any sense to begin with, if you play with random people it isn't assured that all those random people will do their jobs, so it's bound to fail. Only 10 people allowed, 3 leechers, 4 others let themselves getting killed because of 3 leechers --> 3 people left --> not possible even if all three do their jobs correctly --> everyone is frustrated, fun is gone, people don't do Honeying anymore or quit Fiesta.
If they would raise the participant limit to 15 then it would be more like:
3 leechers --> "hey we can still manage it with 12 people" --> nobody getting himself killed --> KQ is fun and doable --> people keep doing it

I've never won a honeying kq before, i think they just need more time or participant limit
