Error code 1814

After completing a kingdom quest (and taking ages to finally get into one) i went to open my box and received no items and instead got the error code 1814.

I am just wondering what went wrong and if i can get another one?
Thanks for any help you can give. If i can't get another one then please try solve the problem so the same thing doesnt happen to others and they lose their gamble at something good.

edit: ok, you cant see the error code in the bottom right hand corner in that pic so i have given a link also:
edit 2: another guy in town(i forget the name) said the same thing happened to him when his game crashed when he opened it, i however did not crash. I will post any information i can dig up from other players to help allow you to fix the problem.

today i have also done 3 kingdom quests and since this error all of them have given me no items, i dont know if thats normal? but 3 all giving nothing in a row is a bit weird no?

edit: have been getting items again so my char aint bugged XD. Still wondering why i got an error that one time though.... Mb an item in the database that should be there? or isnt coded right?

Same thing here.. got an error code 1814 and got no items..am gonna try again to see if this still happens..
