Guild Academy

I looked around, didn't see a thread about this already, and this was a question I wanted to know more about.

How does it work, and what is, the Guild Academy that is being implemented this maintenance?

There isn't a clear description, and it sounds rather confusing--

So any thought or actual knowledge on how it works would be great :D!!

Apparently guilds are supposed to have a lvl limit built into them or something.

The Guild Academy is like.. how some guilds on FIest ahave "baby guilds". The peopel use the baby giuld for lvs 1-60 or something, then at 60, they are allowed into the actual.

Thats what Guild Academy is, from the sound of that translation.
Plus Academy kinda tells you its a preperatory type thing.
Apparently also, if someone in the academy lvls, temporary stat buff, the one that lvls the most each week gets a 10% stat buff. I forget if it links ot the actual guild or just the academy part. I dont know, I read all about it on another site, not that one, and the other site was pretty clear about it.

Its asking alot of questions, instead of answering them. I guess theyre trying to be funny or something.. But from what it looks/sounds like, its a "baby guild" application, where they get rewards for lvling and such.

Its basically another way toget peopel to join guilds and lvl. Theres WAY too many 1-20 peopel cus the game is so slow in the beginning ot new players.
