Are all the homes in the game purchased or do you have to build them. Does the home do anything for the character or do they just look cool? Where are some of the homes for purchase in the game or where do you get the ability to build them.

Homes are bought, when you first start a character, it automatically comes with a mushroom house, but you can buy higher level ones as you progress to higher levels.

The higher level the house, the faster % your HP/SP regenerates while you're resting.

You may have seen other houses about that look like a rabbit or a shark, these types of houses are/will be bought in the shop once it opens. The mushroom house when you open up a shop in it, it allows you to either sell or buy 5 items at a time, while the shop bought houses will allow you to buy or sell 10 or possibly more items.

At lvl 20, you can buy a red mushroom.
At lvl 40, you can buy a blue mushroom.
Thse 2 are supposed to have a better HP / SP regen rate, can anyone confirm this ?

Other type of house will be available from the Fiesta Store, or if you see some people with it, that was a reward from GM events. Same goes for mounts.

for the red house, isn't its requirement is level 25? I don't think level 20 gets an upgraded house. If there is which city did you get that one from?
