Unable to start available quest.

Paladin Master Keast gave me a quest to kill ghosts i did that come back handed it in.
Then she gave me this message: " The oppression of ghost, Good to see you mitz
thank you for your effort for our family. Would you do me a favour again, this time."
But there is no way to start the quest. She has an closed egg above her head.

You can only accept a total of 10 quests. So check how many you have and if you have 10 you have to finish one before you can accept another.

Yep i know that i had only 3 quests ..
