A: Cards will arrive in stores starting November. 2, 2008 Ask a Best Buy team member to show you where the cards are. The card product number is #9033716.
Q: How do I get my SparkCash?
A: All prepaid cards are redeemed by visiting www.outspark.com/card (http://www.outspark.com/card). Follow the instructions on the back of the card and on the redemption page to receive your SparkCash. You will need to scratch off a portion of the back of the card to reveal your card PIN. Enter your PIN on the redemption page to receive your SparkCash.
Help! The PIN I entered is not working!
A: Check to make sure you entered the correct PIN (sometimes it's easy to make a tiny mistake). If you continue to encounter an error message, please email support@outspark.com with the following information:Your name
Your SparkID
Your email address
The denomination of the card purchased ($10, $25)
The PIN number on the back of your card
Outspark Support will do its best to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.
Q: Do I need to use all my SparkCash in a single purchase?
A: Nope! Any unused SparkCash will remain in your Outspark account until you spend it.
Q: Does my SparkCash expire?
A: SparkCash expires 12 months after the date of purchase. Outspark reserves the right to change the duration at any time and will notify the community promptly with information about any modifications.
