Disconnecting glitch/bug you should know about the Guild Academy

Here is a message I already emailed Fiesta_help but I figured I might as well make this issue public in the forums just so others can avoid the same glitch by avoiding the same mistakes I made in game ^^. Due to this glitch I basically lose all access to one of my alternates.

There is a glitch which causes my alternate pc Rin_Chan to disconnect whenever I logged her on now. The issue is I created originally left my old guild Angelz to create a new Guild and became GuildMaster of "RinsSecret" for my other alternates and friends to join and play around with the guild academy functions. I asked one of my friends LoneLy_DeviL to help me invite my alternate pcs into that guild. So I made LoneLy_DeviL into the new GM of RinsSecret guild so he may in turn assign Rin_Chan as the new GM of RinsSecret. Before LoneLy_DeviL made me into a new GM, I was curious about the academy and joined it for RinsSecret. Later on I accepted LoneLy_DeviL's request for a guild invite, the instant I took invite I d/c. I tried relogging many times but the result is the same Rin_Chan keeps d/c the instant she logs on.

The end result is now I made a new guild with the new Guildmaster who d/c all the time because she was also a member of a guild. It seems that if you are level 40 or above you can not join, if you are already a member in a guild you can not join. If you already joined the academy and later accepts a guild invite, it causes your pc to glitch and d/c apparently. I can not dissolve the guild since my main pc Ah_Rin is not the Guildmaster anymore nor kick the glitchy Rin_Chan. Also I already stored quite a bit of items and in game gold in the guild bank so I would lose that if I dissolve the guild in the first place. I am requesting if it is anyway possible to assign Ah_Rin back as the guildmaster of RinsSecret so she may ban Rin_Chan. I am assuming if Rin_Chan is no longer a member of a guild, she would stop glitching as a member of the guild academy and stop d/c. Please help me resolve my issues at your earliest convenience or hand me info to find the proper help as Rin_Chan is my maxed decomper and I really need her skills, Thank you. The issue: I keep disconnecting when I log onto my alt Rin_Chan. This is cause by me joining the guild academy, laters on I had a friend invite her into RinsSecret guild, later he made her master while dropping out of the guild himself. Which meant I'm stuck with this glitch since nobody else in guild can ban her T^T.

Now I am hoping Outspark may transfer GM status back to Ah_Rin or worst case scenario dissolve RinsSecret which meant I lose everything I deposited and store in the guild bank. Because only the GM of a guild can take anything out of guild bank, and unfortunately the GM of RinsSecret is bugged and can not log back on without disconnecting the next moment >.>

Have you tried logging in on a different computer? I know it sounds pointless, but my character is having login issues on my computer, but not my friend's computer. It's worth a shot.

If I used my laptop instead of my desktop the results is still the same, I can log on 3 out of 4 characters from the same account but not Rin_Chan. So from trial and error it is not a glitch coming from my hardware/software at least. Well I can technically log on Rin_Chan but the instant I log her on I will always get a "disconnected from server message".

I think the main issue would be the fact that Rin_Chan joined an academy I created, then I requested a invited a friend and transferred Guild Master rights to him to transfer the same power to Rin_Chan. Unfortunately, I glitched the instant Rin_Chan accepted the guild invite. So the main issue of this glitch is created whenever an academy member were to be invited to the a member of the same guild. Paradox: the programming for the academy feature says you can not join an academy if you are over level 40 and already a member of a guild.

I personally think this issue can be resolved if there is someway an Outspark Employee can either (I already PM Fiesta_Help on this issue, I hope it maybe resolved soon):
1. Transfer guild master rights back to another of my alt characters besides Rin_Chan so I may ban her as a guild member. This way Rin_Chan is just an academy member and not also the Guild Master of the academy she is attending.
2. Ban Rin_Chan from the academy so she may still be Guild Master but no longer an academy member.
3. If options 2 & 3 are not possible, then I just have to lose the items in the guild as the Guardian Magi would have to Ban my guild as to restore Rin_Chan in a state where she no longer have this paradox glitch that keeps getting her disconnected upon logging on. Rin_Chan is the princess of decomposition for me so very important to me ^^.
