bug on my revive skill for my cleric character

i just recently lvl up to lvl 20 and i bought the revive skills for my cleric because just got the title highcleric and i bought the revive skills with 400 of my fame and i try to equip it and it said i got class something problem that wont let me equip it so i do seek help from other cleric and this person buy it and he equip it right away without any restriction even he just left with 97 more fame so i was kinda confused cuz i got like 500+ fame and i buy it the skill it should be 100+ fame but is left me with 200+ exp so i was wondering is it bug on my fame points that wont let me learn the revive skill or what?? i need help please thank you.

When you turn lvl 20 you do get the title but you can't use any of the HighCleric stuff (spells, armour, weapons) untill you also complete the level up (job) quest. Go talk to the Paladin in Elderine about it and he'll give it to you. It takes a while to finish but at the end you should be able to use the scroll.

Oh and by the way, you could have gotten the scroll from a later quest (Clerics new skill it's called i think)
