Yes there is.
Only English allowed on forums.

In order for the CLs and Staff to moderate threads/posts properly, all posts must be in English.
It also helps us and the community provide help and advice to users if they post in English as well.

not all players can write/read in english, hope that isnt a forum rule or this isnt freedom of expression.

by agreeing to the TOS (which you read) you agreed to any terms and conditions inside. these are rules which inside this community superceede "any personal freedoms" whether it be speech, or expression.

Also, this is a US server. The company isn't being discriminatory by requiring that public communications are done in the national language... Maybe you could petition them to move to Canada so they add French... ;)
P.S. Luke, does "fanny pack" make you giggle? ;)

i really dont find any problem on it, but its recommended post in english (i do) because its the standart laguage and most players can understand it, im just talking for those who cant do it and they want to say something.

At the risk of sounding bigoted, I will reply to this... (I'm not bigoted, just being a realist here...)
Outspark (as far as I know) has USA (or maybe North American) rights to the game. Therefore, they have to set basic standards to ensure that their market can play effectively. One of these is that forum posts are in English. English is the national language of the United States of America and one of the two in Canada. Sure that leaves Mexico in the lurch, but I've found that many Latinos speak and write better English than most Americans. (Oddly, their Spanish is often ridden with typos and terrible grammar. Irony, eh?)
So, it pretty much comes down to "learn the language if you're going to try to socialize with Americans." I realize that there are Americans who don't speak or write English, but they're the exception and are probably more than used to not being able to interact with the majority of society anyhow.
My understanding is that "foreigners" are allowed to play simply because no one has the rights to publish the game in their country yet. Look at the joy of Europeans hitting the IP block now. Imagine as more countries get publisher rights and it truly becomes a US-only game. All the staff that would have to be hired for foreign languages to be moderated would have to be fired. And that would suck. Better to set sane policies in the first place. And they have.
So there's no problem with the current rules. The problem is that people have improper expectations. Simple.

Well, don't feel too bad. We think it's rather weird that over there you can ask if someone has a torch in their boot and there's a fair to middling chance that you will receive an affirmative answer. ;)

Well, I guess you guys don't ever break down on dark country roads. ;) And I meant that if you ask a driver that, they'll probably say "yes". I suppose only prepared drivers, though...
