Launcher Problems

For some odd reason, when I bring up the launcher, it begins loading a Fiesta Patch... what that is, I have no clue. Anyways... when it finishes loading, it brings up two errors. Both say that it couldn't find the patch... then it closes. What do I do?! T_T

I've tried it over and over again, but still it doesn't seem to work. It says "downloading patch" and then it loads, but doesn't let me do anything, and a pop-up error appears!
