Splitting up items?

Hello, I just started playing Fiesta, and it's a great game, except some things that are fairly obvious in other similar games aren't as apparent in this one.

And that appears to include the basics of splitting items. I had around 30 potions and wanted to give some of them to my team mate, but I could only give 30 or none at all. How do you go about splitting items?

Also, is there are a faster way to sell in bulk than just mashing down the right-click button?

to sell bulk hold ctrl then click. to split hold shift then click and it will come up with a box. type in the number you want to split off.

For Splitting items, hit Shift, then left click on the stack of items, this should bring up how many you want to split off, then after you hit ok, click the icon on an empty inventory slot of yours, and the stack should split.

For selling items in bulk, Ctrl+left click the stack while having a sale window open. That will sell the whole stack.

That's not menial, it's something not many people know about. Even I didn't know about it till a few weeks ago :)
