Ok so I went to the Guild master in Romen and it says to make a Guild you have to have 3 Silver. Well I have the Silver but it won't let me make the guild. It says that I haven't reached the lvl yet. So I really don't know what to do :(.Could someone help me please?

Second, the 3silver is a descript bug. It actually costs 300silver to make a guild... hope that helped clarify the problems. ^^'

Np. ^^ GL saving up the 300silver to buy one. ^^'
