Start as xenian, change to neophyte at level 16 at Rogue's Guild in Brynhild. Level up to level 45, when you can change to a scout. Talk to Reinmoth, with the required items, subsequently, you will change. Afterward, level to 80, same process with class change, and you'll become an archer.

dam... can i still use bows as a rogue?

^ No. You are restricted to the weapons your current classes use. Thus, If you're a Neophyte - You *will* use daggers until you class change to Scout. Only then will you be allowed to use a bow and arrow.
