What is the enhancer mean?

I saw some ppl looking for different lvl enhancer and pay like 7g for lvl 3 enhancer.
What that mean? Enhance the weapon will have high risk to break it after +6. what the enhancer do? use sparkcash item to do the enhance?

Exactly, an "Enhancer" is someone who uses SparkCash items (Red Eyes to avoid the weapon breaking and Blue Miles to avoid it downgrading) to enhance someone else`s weapons for a price. This is in most cases a scam (Pretty easy, the enhancer keeps your weapon, or your money, depends, it`s not nice in any case) so players gotta be really careful. This type of enhancing is allowed, but advertising it, is not.

Example of allowed enhancing:
Guy: *Shouts* Looking for tier 3 enhancer! Whisper me!
Dude: *Whispers* I`ll do it for you, blah blah blah stones, blah blah blah price, blah blah blah weapon...

Example of not allowed enhancing:
Dude: *Shouts* "TIER 3 ENHANCER 7G"
Guy: *Whispers* Omg I want!

Basically, you can ask for it, but you can`t offer it (That`s against the ToS and has been pretty enforced lately), keep that in mind!

So there comes a new form of bagging:

"Could you enhance my weapon please"
on top of the regular
"Silver please" and "Buff please"

Yes but pay dearly with real life cash. Beside enhancing also have level.

T3 level 50
T4 level 80

So if a level 3X claim he/she can do T3, that is a scammer.

Wait, what? So someone that`s below the level of the weapon he`s gonna enhance, can`t enhance it? I thought it only depended on the items, if you want to enhance a T4 weapon you can`t use because you`re not level 80 yet. but you want to enhance it for the future, or for a friend, have the T4 stones (Expensive stuff, may I add) and suppose that they also have the T4 Eyes and Miles and everything... you`re saying he can`t do it anyway?

The stone have level requirement on it, even if you have everything but if your character is not 80 you cannot enhance the weapon. I have a bellow knight drop and I still cannot enhance because I am 7X at the moment.

This really is bad because I normally enhance 8X in 7X time so the weapon is nicely ready when I get there. Not to say I have the mile and eye stuck in my inventory.
