You can buy tier [2] shield increase scroll - Production skill
I see the one for magic def and a few others but not that one.

U can buy those Tier2 and higher at Elderine Item Nina. Andcheck 3 or 4 guards around Shutian area.

U have to use ur FAME....... i didnt get them yet coz not enough fame :mad:
