pls help me~ when i try 2 create a new charater, i cant c anything! so i cant choose the hair...colour etc...PLS HALP ME!!!!!!!!!

I believe it's a bug... Which has not been fixed yet?
Anyway...
This topic has the hairstyles and colors in the same order as in game.
