Help with skill points

Do I have to restart my character? I spent 3 skill points in the 2nd skill she learned.

Can I undo this mistake or do I have to start over?

depends on what skill it is. generaly it's ok to spend empower points on lvl1 skills since they 'stay with the skill' even after you purchase a higher level of that same skill

I upped it 3 times with Improve Basic Power
