I'll lol if it does in this post but I've tried making a few posts with all caps, when the post submits, or I preview it turns all letter to lower case i try again, same thing more frustrating. It seems that using periodic caps works

but all caps posts don't (I made the title all caped letters) sooo yeh forum bug with use of all caps... unless this is some odd way to reduce flaming.... then its just odd...
