Cant Install

After the download I go to install the game and it wont go..I get this pop that says Install faild..I get the following selcetions: Abort,Retry or Ignor..

Can someone please help me..This is a new RPG and im looking forward to testing it..

yeah this has happened to me when i started this place about a week ago.... its so retarded..... i dont think anyone knows waht to do.
