Well I have a problem. WHy else would I post here? P:

The problem is this:

I can't log in. It always says the data I entered was invalid. But can't be, I have reset my password like 10 times so far and I definitively haven't misspelled it. P:

That wouldn't be soo bad, but I can't access the Store. I am only logged in atm because I used the unique Password Reset-Link. o,o

Please be as specific as possible when posting. What game can you not log in to?

Ohh, I can log into the game. That's the point. I type my eMail and Password into the launcher and it works. I type my eMail and Password into the Website Login Window and it says it was invalid.

Thats pretty strange. Maybe you should post a screen shot i might be able to help. Maybe you spelled something wrong. And possibly the email is right on the game launcher but not on the website

I have already changed/reset/whatever my password like 10 times. I also tried it with secondary eMail-Adress and Password. Nothing. I asked a friend to try it on my computer and he was fine. So what is going on here? o,O;

Oh, I forgot to say, it worked before. I was even logged in in the morning, later I tried to log in and it didn't work.

Make sure your Caps lock isn't on.
