Either your username or password is incorrect, or you are not authorized to participate in the closed beta.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue. Please uncheck the “Work Offline” option in your Internet Explorer.
1. Go to File.
2. Look for Work Offline and make sure it is “Un-checked”.
After you have done these steps please try logging in again. If you have any further issues please feel free to contact us again.
