Ok...i really need help...so what happened is i did a system restore on my computer and everything....and then i tryed to download fiesta and it did not work....so i posted a topic about it and some people told me to get AVG and try using it to scan your computer....They said it will probly pick up things norton did not....well...THEY WERE RIGHT!!>..

OMG....I got it...and then when i ran the scan it came up with three things called Downloader.Zlob.....and and now its still running the scan....but on norton it has the option where you can delete the virus...well...i cant figure out how to get rid of the things....i mean...what good is AVG if it will just tell me my computer is dieing and not let me fix it...


ok....so now...i am like...freaking out...so i am like...i got to delete it myself...so i look at the address and its says C:/Recyclers......so i go to my c drive....and look for recyclers...and its not there...so then i type it in...at the adress bar...and it takes me to this like blank folder...and theres nothing in it....


so basicly....the thing is....i have 3 bad things in my system in a folder that i cant get to...and I NEED HELP PLZZZ.

AVG will remove or quarantine automatically but the scan needs to finish first.

For the stuff in C:/Recyclers if you empty your recycle bin that will empty that. It's a temp storage in case you need to restore something you tried to delete by accident. So if it says it's there.. itt's deleting it awating on final confirmation from you at the end.

Yes some of us DO know what we're talking about. I for one have been working on computers since Windows 3.1 came out... I do computer repair as a side job and have dealt with people having viruses.

LOL I know DOS well... I just never owned or worked on an IBM compatible until win 3.1.. Had an Amiga before that
