here is my problom im new and i press the play button it shows the game for half a second and the poof its gone whats going on:confused:

I double clicked the ison but I can install but y cant I install it it just keep on saying "There was a problem with your internet conection" can u please tell me why it is saying that???

canit play....it shows "unzipping patch... this may take several minutes with no visual updates..."

i pressed the play button and a page pops up and then it disapears and so does the log on page. why cant i play?:(

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.
Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?
Vid card drivers up to date?
Meet minimum requirements?
Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions can cause the game to NOT launch.

Ok I have made sure I meet ALL of the requirements and it still dissapears on me after I try to log in... It works on my moms computer, but not mine. And they are pretty much the same, and I made sure I had all the patches for it etc... ??? WHY??? lol This sucks....:(

Yes, but your mom's computer may be different from the one you're trying to access Fiesta on. Try to find someone there who can give you certain specific stats on the computer in question.
- How much RAM
- What kind of video card
- Does it have DirectX 9.0c?
- Are the drivers for the video card up to date?
- What are the operating specs of the computer (ex: Pentium III)
- Do you have a firewall active.
These and many other things play a role in your possible issue. Having the above parts answered will help narrow down the problem and make it easier to find a solution to.
