ummm lvl 20 is hawk archer right yes or no is question 1 question 2 is if so i have the title hawk archer im lvl 20 but i still cant equip hawk archer equiptment please help it will be most thankful

You have to complete the job change quest before you can equip hawkarcher equipment.

Until you do the job change quest( walkthrough linked below) the answer is No,you are NOT a Hawk Archer yet.
