What the heck is shine online? Is it fiesta or not? Is it an old version of fiesta or is it just the name in china and korea? I found these videos please tell me.

It looks a whole lot cooler and more realistic than fiesta.

Shine online is the chinese version, the Korean is just called Fiesta.

I was going to type up an elaborate speech on why we aren't matched up to Shine Online but that will make me look bad....and also while I read over my elaboration, I realized I was going too far so I deleted it all. Point is, Outspark is a game publisher not a developer. Outspark has nothing to do with the coding of the files. They get the files from OnsonSoft via email or whatever.
Shine Online was released way before Fiesta was which enabled Outspark to actually check out their game and market it in the US. Therefore, Outspark does its best to go step by step in bringing in all the new features and keep with OnsonSoft's storyline. If Outspark released everything in one day, I don't really wan to elaborate on how much chaos this community would bring to the forums because bringing in the new features means coding everything up.
