problem with login server connection

heya guys, i don't know if anybody can help me with this, but whenever i attempt to log in to the game i get a reccuring messgae that says, "connection to login server failed"
I'm not sure if it's a problem with the connection speed (it's not fantastic where i live) or whether there's something more to it.
Any helpfull posts would be greatfully appreciated and recieved.

Firewall, Virus Protection Program, and others could be affecting this connection issue.

funny how wow and swg players can play but, this free game can't? doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Also, i noticed i can'tdownload the patch and myclient 1.0 crashes.

I also have this problem... And I got no Firewall Running.. and still I cant login.. Someone have any idea what to do?

I know what to do.Rightclick on background and select properties.go to settings ancd click advanced.now click the tab that says trouble shooting.Make sure you have this bar all the way to the right.

i got the same problem , first i got cannot connect to server , after some tries i got in but i get cannot connect to world :( and im stuck in there
