Characters.. gone?

I figured this might be the place to put this. Anyway.. I logged into my account today and found that all my POST-CLOSED BETA characters were GONE. Was there a wipe I missed or what happened here? Please help, thanks in advance. :/

Heads up notice on that: All Closed Beta characters were deleted or reset at the end of CB2. This was announced well in advance. However, towards the end of CB2, they announced that people who made level 20 would retain their profession/sex/name and would be reset to level 1 instead of being outright deleted.

I'm hoping this helps.

ya i miss close beta it was alot of fun but i never made it to 20 lol

but yea what TastyTapioca said is true every char got deleted except the ones that are lvl 20 and are now at lvl 1 with same gender/class/name
