It says it's redeemable for anything sold at Target, I'm pretty sure this qualifies.
I'm sure it'd be like buying an iTunes card from Target with a Target gift card, right? Or is that considered a credit card?

If they are Target Gift Cards (Not Outspark Sparkcash Cards), you can only use them to purchase items from Target stores. You cannot use them as a credit card to buy Sparkcash.

However, I do believe you could use it to buy Sparkcash Cards online so you can get sparkcash.

And if Target sells Pre-Paid credit cards, you can use a Target Gift Card to buy that as well.

Though I'm not sure if they will ship the cards outside of the US. You'll probably have to look into that on the site.

well u can buy at the target store online but i think its only in the usa they are shipped to
