I didn't say you made a thread that was already made...I'm saying you are entering other threads and asking, then making a thread about it...if you're going to make a thread about it, don't go into other threads and ask..it's annoying to the people responding to that thread

I take it they may be refering to a World Shout type item (an item that sends a message to the entire server).

The reason I bring this up is I remember seeing such a cash shop item in Silk Road a year or two back when I played that in beta.

I think that's what this "world bawling" thing they're asking about is but I can't say 100% until they confirm via the above description.

i thought it was some kind of emo thing lol.... "bawling" is commonly used to mean "crying". as in "Danny broke up with Sandy, so now she's in her room bawling her eyes out."

i looked it up and found out that bawling could also mean a "loud cry" or "wail" ... never knew that =\

yeah..it's world shouting or world bawling..it's kinda like shout..but it cover entire server..

about this world shout at all

But to anyone that DOES know when it will be released
or if it's even a possibility...idk..
Will it be like a one-time buy?
Or will it sell in packs say "X" number of shouts per pack?

I highly doubt that they would release an item such as this. I think the GMs are going to remain the only people who can give out messages to an entire server. I games I have played where they do have this kind of feature, it is a bit more applicable because there maps and zones are constructed in continuous fashion, each zone seamlessly molding to the next. In fiesta, each zone is its own entity. I think with whisper, guild, shout, and party chat serve well enough the purpose of communicating with players in other zones.
