Archer or Cleric

Hey teva,

Well Im starting fiesta again and I'm not sure what class to chose.

I wanna party when possible but just lvl and have fun mainly

what would be the best class to chose?


Im posting this on the teva forums because thats where my lvl 40 archer/ lvl 31 cleric/40 mage is and I want to be able to do the above

It seem like everyone says mages are better in higher lvls

and why not a cleric?

Well I have an 8x cleric and personally
I think they are worthless, only good
for healing. xD Unless you like to press
3 (or whatever hotkey you use for heal*
all day I'd personally choose any other
class. x_x

Hehe thanks fuuru, I got my archer to 41 and loved it but then it got terribly boring, but since I havent played in a while Ill give it a shot

any other advice from anyone?

why archer... :X ? i like being a minority........
but we're too squishy and um... mages do more damage
and have that flashy aoes that cause my computer to lag... o.o

Nooo! Archers FOR LIFE! Seriously, I love my archer (Just got to 50 Woot!) I've always played an archer and loved it. I can see no super problems with archers, and they're fun to play!

Which one did you have the most fun leveling to your current point? I'd say go with that one.

I tend to agree with Fuuru, at high levels clerics aren't always the funnest to play. I've taken a temporary break from mine (I use her for money gathering mostly), and I'm working on leveling another character. Perhaps you could take that route. Pick one, level them to 60, then go back and level the other.

well borin if u dont have +9's so u dont getowned by higher lvl fighters who cant kill me x3

Supposedly basic idea of choosing characters (IMHO of coz):

If you like...

to tank and have big axe/stylish 2h sword :Fighter
to heal and being bugged by "buff pls/pl0x/pls buff/whatever :Cleric
to deal super kapoow damage and lightshow: Mage
to be squishy, yet deals crappy dmg and unable to pwn Fighter/Cleric even you're 10 lvls above em : Archer
