Unfortunately such a thing is not a violation as it is a PVP zone. The regular rules do not apply in such cases.

That said the rules of the ToS still apply. Should they resort to harassing language, or vulgar language take a screenie. If they KS your mobs in addition to killing you, take a screenie.
