i buy the permenant box on 30th october...
at the price of 12500sc...
while it is on sale...

and now i see that the prize is on sale is about 9k sc..

i want my sc balance back.. which is around 3k....
any GL can help on what should i do??
i want to buy other stuff....

And I'm sure the people who bought it originially would like the balance of what they spent, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way. If you'd like to talk to a CSR I suggest submitting a ticket to support@outspark.com...but I highly doubt they will refund you the balance..

When you participate in events and sales always make sure you're following the clock the GM's follow, which is PST. That way you dont' encounter this issue again in the future :)

i was wondering if u could transfer my sparkcash and my +9ing items from one account to another because i didn't no u had to be 50 to +9 a lvl 50 item wit the cash items so i got them on the opposite account and no i notice and i cant get a guy higher that 50 on that account and i almost have a guy that is lvl 50 on my other account and i need my shield +9ed

In terms of Remi's, Outspark provided a service... a chance to get an item for a significantly lowered price. That doesn't mean you have to use it. Same as if someone builds a casino you don't have to go there and gamble just because you can.

And with the replies from Outspark support... it will take roughly 24 hours (at least it did for me). Longer if they have a lot of e-mails cause you're not the only one sending them one. Even if the sale ends if they see that you are able to be reimbursed they will give you the difference regardless.
