No, it's not a scam. He's just ripping you off. Those rings are 1s max, at best, and that wand and staff are horribly statted........

yeah..it worth not much....i think u can check the prices from other vendors...it gives u an idea....the rings u showed..u can buy it from npc i think..like 500c or less
