Theres tresure chests but it only says that the area is anaccible. So how do you get to them.

You take a screenshot and the coords of where you found the chest, PM a GM, and they'll reset that area for the treasure chests. Unfortunately, you'll never get what's in those chests.
I've found 3 on 2 different characters that I couldn't get to... It's just a tiny glitch that needs to be fixed.
