uuhm im stuck in jail and dont have the faintest idea why im in there.
i was doing KQ golden hill, i was minning for golden bugs and poof i popped up in jail...
and when there i didnt even get a timer like the other say they have.
which is rly annoying cos i dont even know how long im gonna be in there.
BUT I DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG....
and if u do send someone to jail... PM him first? cos from what i experienced,
someone reports someone else and poof up to jail he/she goes...
bit unfair not? if the GM/GS or who ever wouldv whispered me before i couldv explained the situation...
anyway, pls let me know WHY and HOW LONG im in jail for something i didnt do...

You might have been jailed because of your ign. They would probably ask you to change your name because it seems inappropriate. This happens from time to time. Once your name is changed you will be allowed out of jail again to play.
If you want to contact fiesta/GM about it send a PM to fiesta_help here in forums

They don't jail people without a good reason. Maybe you said something that was inappropriate? It could have simply been in retalliation to something another player said, but the 'he/she started it first!' argument doesn't fly in this game.

Like viv says, you can PM Fiesta_Help, but chances are you're most likely stuck there for a few days.

no really i was just mining for golden bugs and then i was send to jail.
it really annoys me that they didnt whisp me or gave me the reason for sending me to jail.

and about my name---> if its becos of my name that would be overreacting i think and they shouldv given me a warning at beginning when i created my character.

that is on the TOS which you agreed to when you created your account. so did tell you.i think it was your fault

Like the others have said, you will have to PM Fiesta_Help or email support@outspark.com. This is an issue between you and Outspark staff, there isn't much the users on the forums can do, and the GMs don't post on here that often.

Neither the Outspark Staff nor the GLs have no obligation to warn a user before issuing a punishment. If you read the Terms of Service that you agreed to upon creating an account, that is sufficient warning enough.

You were put in jail because of your inappropriate username. And you were one of the lucky ones. Sometimes they just outright ban people if their names are serious enough. Other times they'll change it without notification. But usually when they change it they switch around a letter or a word so it's still similar.

But I think in your case they couldn't quite do that. So they probably jailed you because of it and will probably either ask you for a name change, or they will change it when they think of something snazzy.

You don't have to do anything to get punished if your name is inappropriate. You just have to be simply noticed by someone who would report it, or by a GL or Staff member.

Anyhowdy, talk about punishments are not open to be discussed publicly on the forums. This is a private matter between yourself and Outspark. Please contact Outspark by one of the methods stated in previous posts.

You may also want to stay logged in on that jailed character in-case someone pops up for you.
