Chapter 1: Chosen?
Hello, I'm TheShire. Most people call me Shire or Shi. I was born an archer, and glad nothing else. I have a purple wave cut. I'm the posterboy for Garnier, just look at my hair, It doesn't matter how dirty or small it is, i can still shake and bounce what little hair I have. But enough about me, it's time for my story...
It all started a few weeks ago, I was slacking off, as usual. After straight weeks of training I thought I deserved a nap. I sat under a tree in the middle of the Forest just outside of Uruga. I slept, it was tranquil...But the dream, disturbing.
I stood before a bright light, my eyes burned, even though I knew I was asleep. I stood there shielding my eyes, then it hit me, TheShire is NO pansy! I unblocked my eyes and looked directly into it, my eyes burned worse, and I fought back tears of pain and dryness.
"Your NOT a pansy!" I repeated as I ran into what appeared to be a nova of sorts. Then I was sucked into the thing! I was transported to a lush, green field. There a stunning woman sat. She had flowing orange hair that was possibly twice the length of her body. Squirrels ran through her hair, at first glance i assumed they were playing in it, but as I looked on harder I saw they were braiding it, into a ponytail. Other woodland creatures sat around grooming her. A few mice sat and filed her nails. Her nails were odd, they had been grown out somewhat. Most Elves cut them short, broken nails are one less thing to worry about in battle. Her nails also lacked a color, so i could tell she wasn't a mage. Mages of our day usually dye their nails black or purple. Those mages are often cult members who beleive that dark evil colored nails bring out the true destructive power of a spell.
I stooped down on a stump and gazed on at this beutiful elf. A calming aura seemed to around the area...
"Is this natures protection? This must be what it feels like to be under the influence of the spell" I thought.
It was some time before the animals finished grooming her entirely. Her ponytail was phenominal. It was tightly woven, but at the same time it could still flow. Her nails were a modest length. Her lips were lucious, her lipstick was orange, to match her hair. She stood up, her eyes still closed as if in some kind of sleepwalking state...and that is where my dream went to hell.
She opened her eyes and they were a deep, yet evil, green. She held out her hand, I stood cautiously on the stump. She took a step foreward and I leaped back. In the air I drew my Bow. I pulled an arrow out of my pocket as I took a backflip, but when I landed, she was gone.
I felt body heat behind me, and before I could turn my head a pair of lips rested on my ear. Her breath was cold in my ear, she nibbled on my ear somewhat seductively for a minute. She opened her mouth and let her tongue caress the outside and back of my ear, then she slowly moved it down to my neck. Her cold breath moved its way slowly down my back, I felt a chill.
I drew away from her before she had a chance to sink those teeth into my neck. Though her breath was cold my ear felt warm, but it felt oh so good.
I wanted to go back to the vixen if she could make my body feel like that, but I know from experience that girls like that are always crazy.
I re-drew my arrow and poised for attack, I kept her in my sights. She held out her hand, it glowed green for a minute, then a bow of nature appeared in her hands. It was green, a vine of thorns twirled around the body of it, there was no string to it though.
She put her hand to the bow, as if to draw an arrow and pulled it slowly back. An arrow made of some kind of pure light formed, she launched it at me. I dodged with ease, it was fairly slow.
"Tch" was the only thing that came out of my mouth, a grin of releif made its way across my face.
My grin was soon removed as I felt what seemed to be at least five sharp arrows dig into my side. I fell to he ground, coughing up blood, gasping for air, holding on ever so tightly to my life.
She walked over to the pitiful sight I had become. I looked like a fish out of water, the most un-noble death. She pointed the bow in my face and drew back, i looked on in horror.
The shock of fear woke me from my slumber. I woke up only to see an Orc Hunter chuckling at me, he drew his cutlass back and began to shove. I closed my eyes, but but my life had not come to an end.
I opened my eyes and saw the blade only inch towards my face, Is he sparing my life? I looked into his face and saw the murderous grin of victory still there, no, this isn't mercy!
I rolled out of the way of his blade and got some distance. I stared at him, looking for any sudden movement. I couldn't look for long, he would surely regain conciousness or control of his muscles or whatever had stricken him!
I didn't want him to go back to his Orc friends, they would only put a bounty for my head and hunt me for sport, my friends and family would be in danger. I know I could not protect them on my own!
I took several steps back. I raised my bow into the air and Fired several arrows into the sky. They landed both on and around him. At least five had pierced his skull. As soon as they had made contact with either ground or flesh, a green fog of poison, as if a poison geyser, seeped from them and they faded away. The poison melted his flesh from his bones and soon enough his bones melted as well.
Soon after the poison had stopped the arrows crumbled into ash. I looked around cautiously for any witnesses, none to be found. I needed to escape quick.
I pulled a scroll out of my satchell and broke the seal. I threw the scroll into the air. I looked on, as it came down I had time to admire the clothlike paper the incantation was written on, beutiful calligraphy it was. It came down, the words began to glow, the paper wrapped itself around my small, elven body and as soon as it had covered me from head to toe, I vanished.
The feeling of teleportation is odd. You can't move your limbs at all, the cloth is bound to you until you reach your destination. It was designed this way for a reason. Mages developed transportation, but at first teleporting others was a hassle. Bodies were being torn apart by the force and speed of instant transportation. So, a great mage by the name of Bi-Jou had developed a magical cloth that could keep ones body together through the process.
My scroll took me to roumen. I couln't travel far, I made my way to Robin, my grandfather, and before I could finish my story, I collapsed into his arms. He was worried, at first he thought Ratman fighters had done this to me, and quickly placed a bounty on their heads.
As I slipped slowly out of my conciousness I wondered "What does my dream mean? What kind of virus did that Orc have that caused him not to move? Am infected?"

Chapter 2: D?
I woke up the next day in Grandpa Robin's hut. I could tell where I was by the smell of his things, it's a "defined" scent. I could also smell the many pheonix flowers, something he is famous for.
I was still confused about what had happened. I couldn't think of anything else. I lay in Grandpa Robin's guest room for around an hour thinking before he came in. I sight for sore eyes, his kind, wrinkly face made my heart and mind calm for the moment. In his hands he held a tray, and on the tray some medecine, and breakfast.
I sat upright as he sat on the bedside. He handed me the potion first, sadly. I winced as I drank it, I've never been a fan of taking medecine. Afterwards he passed me a chewy chunk of meat and some fruit. I was content.
"I sent some warriors off to kill the ratman fighter what mugged you" He said smiling.
Though it somewhat offended me that by now he thinks a lowly ratman fighter could even touch me, it made me happy that he went through the trouble. "Thank you, he got me good" I said smiling.
He glared at me "BY NOW YOU CAN'T HOLD YOUR OWN AGAINST A RATMAN FIGHTER!" he shouted.
"Damn, caught in one of his traps" I thought, there was no reasoning with him now, I have gone past the point of no return.
"I want you to get out of here and train and bring me the heads of one hundred! No, One thousand ratmen fighters!" He said sternly, obviously forgetting the worn out carcass my body had become. He shooed me out of the house and I was on my way.
I didn't know what to do really. Grandpa Robin wasn't going to let me inside until I had done his tedious task, but I do need to train. There is nothing to gain from squishing ants...
"OH!" I said aloud. It had struck me today was my schedueled guild meeting. I made my way to Brom, the guild manager of Roumen. We chatted for a small bit of time. I asked if he needed any help or had a job for me; he said no, but his fellow guild manager, Sir Fredrick, had been complaining about escaped torturers. I kept that thought in the back of my mind.
After a small conversation he let me inside. Only two guild members sat at one of the five long, wooden tables. My Guildmaster, Forboadin, and his loving wife, Ekio. Good friends of mine. Ekio sat tapping her fingers on the wood of the table impatiently.
"At least someone is on time." She said, slightly urked, for she was leading today's meeting.
Forb sensed her anger, and held her close to calm her down. He nibbled on the tip of one of her ears lovingly, she giggled. "Calm down" he began "You will need the next one, Ok" he whispered in her ear.
She giggled and they began to rub heads, like a pair of cats. I, on the otherhand, felt like a sixth party member in the group, awkwardly looking at the two love birds. It made me somewhat jealous that I had no one to go home to, well, aside from Grandpa and I need to earn my way back in...
I coughed obnoxiously loud as to catch their attention. The two blushed. Kio looked away and twirled her hair. Forb recollected himself and walked towards me. He took several steps and paused, his hands outstretched as if to explain something, his mouth open. Kio had paused to, mid-twirl.
Something was off, obviously. My eyes scanned my surroundings, nobody else. Maybe Forb was playing a joke on me, prankster. I walked towards him, getting ready to admit he had gotten me. I put my hands on his shoulder for congratulations, and he turned gray and shattered.
I looked on in horror at the pile of ash that my friend had become. Soon everything else in the room shattered along with him, I stood in emptiness. I began to fall into nothing.
I continued falling for who knows how long before I landed. My eyes were closed, so I could see nothing, but I recognized the scent.
I sprang up, I was in a green field, the same green field. I looked around for the witch, she was nowhere to be found. My heart was at ease, but only for a second. Out of the corner of my eye I spotted a man sitting on a throne made of plants.
He was commanding, his eyes open, they weren't glowing like the womans. He donned the armour of dusk. His necklace stuck out to me, a crystal hung from it, longways. It was a nice, adamanntine crystal.
Unlike the woman he did not wait long before making a move. He stood up and yanked the beautiful trinket off of his neck. He held it out as if it were a bow. For a second, silence, then from his hand the crystal began to grow into a bow.
Though I sensed that it might become the instrument of my death I couldn't help but admire its beauty. It was long, and so smooth that one could not tell it spawned from a gem.
He held his hand back, as if an arrow had already been drawn. I looked on, head turned to the side. Soon enough an arrowhead formed in positon on his aiming index finger. It grew back to the hand held back. He smirked and let go. I dodged it with ease, but after my first fight with the woman I wasn't going to take him lightly.
I landed several feet back and looked for him, he had not moved but was laughing. Then, suddenly the ground violently shook. I looked under me, the earth was coming up, I jumped backwards.
From my airial view I saw a large, sharp gem penetrate the earth. It cut my ankle.
I reached for my bow, but it wasn't there! I knew I was no hand to hand combat expert, I couldn't do much without my bow, only one thing. I ran towards him full force, dodging several arrows, and as I neared him I inhaled a large ammount of air. I got to his body, bear hugged him, and let forth a burst of green mist into his face.
I used the smoke for cover and ran back. I laughed a little, thinking it had melted his face away as it did the Orc's. My celebration was cut short, for from the smoke several arrows flew towards me.
One of the arrows nicked my side, another my right leg, and the third missed. The smoke cleared and the man looked at me, saw the damage he had done, and was pleased. He then snapped his fingers. I raised my brow, but soon I felt a sharper pain where I had been hit.
I looked down and crystals began to grow from my body. I collapsed to the ground. I coughed a little. "Not again" I struggled to say.
The man walked slowly towars me. Looking on my body as a hunter looks upon his dead animal. He stood over me for a minute, then pointed the bow in my face. The arrow forming formed slower than any of the other arrows, he wanted to relish my death.
He smiled, I winced. I heard something strike, but not an arrow. I opened my eyes and a man, tall, black hair, had kicked my predator square in the side of his face. His foot stood there for a moment before he kicked off. My hunter spiraled to the side, got up, and wiped blood from his lip.
I tried to get a better view of my savior, but the wounds kept me down. He kneeled down and told me to stand still. I looked into his dark eyes, and listened. He wore som kind of brown, tattered cloak around his body. A sand colored garb covered his mouth.
He got up, dug into his cloak, and from it, pulled out a bow. I could tell this man had slain the Bellow Knight, from his bow. I knew I was in good hands. He fired off rapid rounds. The hunter couldn't retaliate in time.
He lowered his bow, slightly, and looked at me, possibly determining the seriousness of my injuries. Then, suddenly several arrows tore through his cloak and I immediatly knew who he was. I opened my mouth to greet him, but he put his finger to my lips.
This was a wanted man, exiled from Isya, an enemy to our Masters. His name was forbidden to cross our lips, or we to would share the same fate. Normally I would gladly have shouted his name, but out of great respect for him I kept silent.
"I'll fight on" he began "I will send you home..." he continued. I raised a brow but then two of his fingers lie upon my head. They flickered for a minute, and I lost conciousness.
I slowly faded back into reality, it hurt to open my eyes in even the slightest. I was lying on my back, I could tell. Still on the wooden floors of the guild hall. I sniffed, and sensed three familiar scents. None of them belonged to Kio or Forb.
One scent was of flowers, the other of salt, and the last, of war.
"CPR didn't work!" a female voice said. I then cursed myself for not being concious at th time of the process.
"I can't keep up this field for long!" another female voice said.
"We need to take drastic measures!" a deep, commanding voice said.
I felt something poke against my stomach "Poking me is drastic" i thought. I opened my eyes and looked around. Chrysanthemum, an old friend and fellow Archer lie in an Indian positon, holding up natures mist of protection. Directly over me the loving face of another good friend, Yayu Kamura, a cleric, her hands on my cheeks and glowing, desperately trying to heal me. Then I looked at the man poking me, It was Nahim, a mage, poking me with his staff.
"Clear!" he yelled, and struck my body with lightning.
My body popped into the air and I landed violently on the ground. I got up, my heart beating fast, and I glared at him.
"He's alive!" Nahim shouted, proud of himself, thinking he saved my life.
I ignored the urge to hurt him, for now he can have his fun. I looked up at Yayu, she had obviously been to the beach, she was still in her bathing suit.
"What happened?" I asked.
Chrysanthemum winced.
"We need to get out of here." Yayu said, flipping her hair out of her eyes.
Chrys toppled over, and Nahim grabbed her. Yayu grabbed me and we ran out of the building.
As soon as we had gotten outside, Nahim layed Chrys down, she was sweating slightly. I looked around, I saw Forb passed out, and Kio weeping.
"What happened?" i asked.
"Well," Yayu began "According to Kio, you sortof passed out standing out. You stood petrified for a minute, then Forb came closer, to check on what was wrong. She said your eyes went blank and thats when Forb shouted for her to run away. Forb cast a charm of invincibility upon Kio and she ran," Yayu looked at Forbs body, "From outside Kio could see nothing of you two, but she said that suddenly the windows blew out and a green smoke emerged from them." Yayu looked at me.
"Thats when we came in" Nahim interrupted "Brom shouted for help, and Yayu was the only cleric on call today. Chrys, Yayu, and I were at the beach enjoying the tranquility. It wasn't long before a mini Honeying made its way towards us. It fainted from exhaustion after delivering the message." Yayu pulled a small honeying from out of her bag, Its face was red from exhaustion. Nahim continued "We came here and got to work, Chrysanthemum held natures protection over us, it negated the poisons and the gasses dissapated. We cleared Forb out of the area, Julia, the healer, is taking care of him now"
Chrys got up and spoke "From the looks of it you blew toxic gasses straight into Forb. He saw it coming but needed to make sure Kio escaped."
"Is he Ok?" I asked, panicked.
"Yes, being a cleric his body naturally repelled most of the damage, he just needs to take an antidote to finish off what his body hasn't already." Yayu said.
"What about his skin?" I said, remembering how the Orc Hunter's flesh melted away.
"Not much damage, he was in the fetal positon when we came in. We can only assumed he curled up. He was wearing armour, which now needs to be cleaned of toxins. There is a small burn wound on one of his cheeks but he wasn't mutilated" Yayu said.
Her statement somewhat put my heart at ease. I was about to ask a question but then the wind whirled around me. I covered my eyes, as not to let debris in them. Suddenly, a man in a mask, accompanied by two other men appeared.
The mask gave the lead man away, It was Joker, the community service leader. In other words he was like the investigator. He turned to me, his twisted jester mask hiding any form of emotion, and then looked away. He said nothing, just pointed towards the inside of the guild hall, and the two followers immediately went inside.
He looked at me, and though I could not see the disgust in his eyes, I felt it in the atmosphere. His anger, like gravity, forced my body to the ground.
"Were going to need to burn the infected area, Sorry Brom." He said, his gentle voice contradicting the sadistic mask. "We will have a new guild hall up in a few days, don't fret."
Brom nodded his head "Until then I will have to stay at my girlfriend's house." Brom said.
Everybody looked puzzeled. The same thought crossed all of our minds. "He has a girlfriend". Soon enough Raina, the storage keeper came running frantically.
"What happened!" She asked, her eyes full of worry.
"Nothing" Joker said.
"Don't lie to me!" She said, flustered.
Brom came up from behind, put his arms around her, and whispered in her ear. "I'm fine, I will need to spend the next few days at your place"
A sly grin eased its way across her face "See you tonight my little Sasquatch..." She said, rubbing her face against his long arm hair.
We all stood petrefied at the comment, the two lovers didn't notice, they had become lost in their own little world. Joker made a small gurgle, and later the sides of his mask began to leak a chunky, brownish pink fluid.
"Let's get out of her." Joker said, choking on his own vomat.
"The things that man goes through to hide his face!" One of the assistants said. They walked out of the building. "We can't burn it all piece by piece now."
Nahim stepped foreward "Leave that to me." he said. He stretched his hand foreward and a crimson circle formed under the building. A red flame formed in his hand and once that flame burned with white hot intensity, he clutched it, and the guild hall was incinerated.

Chapter 3: D Gets Serious
I stood outside of my Grandfathers home, staring at the door. I needed to figure out for myself a fanciful lie, he was clever, but I am the next generation, our family tricks have been passed down to me.
As my hand neared the door a gust of wind blew past me. I became tense. I tried to keep my mind calm.
"Joker?" I asked, my eyes still fixed on the door.
I felt a back lean against mine. "No, but that was a good guess."
It said.
A jolt of joy rushed up and down my spine, then one of fear. "Da-"
I began, then suddenly grasped my mouth. I still stood staring at the door. It was the man who saved me from the hunter.
"Not aloud, Not here." He said. "Let us go inside."
"No, I can't, this is my Grandfather's house and if we do, if you do he might be hunted down." I said.
"No, not there, but I would like to talk to Robin some time, after I clear my name." He said. "Come here..." he flung open his cloak and it sucked me in.
I closed my eyes and felt a rush, when I had opened them we were in a forrest. "Are we still in Isya?" I asked.
"No, we are just outside of Isya." He began "I can't tell you the full story of my exile, for now" He hurried "But, Once you have worked hard enough to be recognized by all Isyans as a Scout I will."
"Is that all you needed to tell me?" I asked.
I felt him tense up, he made a motion for me to draw my bow using an older form of Elven sign language. I followed, and then began to cut my face up with one of my arrows, and dirtied up my wounds. He quickly punched me in the stomach, just hard enough to cause me to pant, but not enough to kill. The anticipation of our uninvited guest made me perspire profusely...
We quickly needed to fight, I drew my bow and fired a flurry of arrows. D jumped back, wrather epically, and dodged every single one. We coudln't make it look fake. He grasped his necklac and ripped a solid gold, gem encrusted feather from it.
As he landed he closed his eyes, kissed the feather, and held it high up in the air. He began to chant...
"Once more old friend we need to fight, grant me your power, great beast, CASHA!" He shouted.
Suddenly the burning wings of a pheonix engulfed his arm, as they opened a flurry of feathers flew around his blade. All clothing on his arm had disentigrated. The blade was heavy and he let it rest on his shoulders.
"Don't think you're going to win with that relic!" our intruder shouted. A man jumped from the trees and landed between me and D.
He was Snake Eyes OP 5, the war monger. He wasn't the real Snake Eyes. Snake has a small army of men who all share his name by some Code of Honor, the real Snake Eyes is a misterious man, not even D has seen him. D had not even met op 5, he was a new recruit. From his clothes i could not decifer his fighting style, but word of his talent spread quickly through Isya.
Snake seemed medium hight. He was not Elven. He had gray, wild hair. A scar made its way from his right eye to his lower cheek bone. His outfit seemed odd. It consisted of a single garment. It was more like a black robe, with some sort of sash at his waste keeping it closed. He wore some sort of sandles with his garment. His glare was cold, his eyes were light brown. He had a sheathed sword sticking from his sash. What was he?
I collapsed to the ground to show a struggle. He looked at me "are you ok?" then he looked spitefully at D "Dakkon!"
I gasped after he said so, a brave soul he was. Dakkon's name was forbidden but if he can say it I can to.
"Newbies..." Dakkon said.
Even though I knew he was acting it still somewhat stung.
"I'm done playing with my food." Dakkon crouched down, preparing for battle. He then licked his lips sadistically and twisted his face like a villain "Lets go!"
With incredible speeds Dakkon rushed at Snake. As he neared he raised his blade and a surge of power followed. Snake dodged but Dakkon followed up by smashing the ground, sending tremendous chunks of earth at Snake. Snake covered his eyes and Dakkon went in for a strike. He sent Snake flying, but didn't cut him. Dakkon hit him with the blunt side of Casha.
Snake's body flipped and twisted as if it were a rag doll. I began to think that if this was all the masters could muster, then Isya is in trouble. Seconds before it hit the ground it vanished. I looked around, nothing. Suddenly I heard Dakkon gurgle.
I turned and looked in horror as he spurt blood. Snake stood next to him, his sword piercing into Dakkon, there is no telling how many of his organs were damaged in the blow. Strangely I saw no blade in Snakes hand. Was this some kind of knife or shank?
Snake disappeared and appeared next to me. He kneeled down.
"Are you ok?" He asked. His voice seemed to contrast his brutally quick, assasin-style of fighting.
Suddenly, I heard some chuckling. I glanced over to see Dakkon standing tall.
"Casha would be just a little mad if I had died THAT easily!" He laughed.
With one hand he spun Casha around him for a moment, then stuck it direcly into the ground. Casha began to glow, and then, from the ground, the great Pheonix, Casha, emerged. Casha swallowed Dakkon whole, flew into the air, then exploded. Dakkon fell to the ground, gracefully and all of his scars were gone.
He looked into the sky, as many firey feathers flutterd around him "Thank you" he said gently. Then he fixed his eyes on Snake "What was that!" he demanded.
Snake chuckeled.
"That was not Isyanian!" Dakkon shouted once more.
"Because I'm no Isyan!" Snake laughed. "I'm a mercenary, hired by Snake Eyes as YOUR replacement!" Snake pointed at him.
Dakkon laughed, though it was obviously forced. Inside he probably couldn't beleive he was replaced so easily.
"But if you want to know how I defeated you..." Snake began. As he spoke he pulled the sheathed sword out of his sash and unsheathed it slowly. It was a slender sword, the likes if which I haven't seen, and from the looks of it, Dakkon hadn't either. "Dakkon...This, is a Katana! The sword that warriors of my land fight with!" And with that Snake leaped at Dakkon.
Snake was nimble. As he flew through the air the tip of his sword grazed the ground. He lifted his sword and Dakkon defended. A deep roar of the swords occured. Dust from the ground scattered in an instant. Snake grunted and forced the blade against Casha harder. Dakkon stood strong. Snake lowered his blade and slashed on at Dakkon. Snake held his blade with both hands, something our people don't do with swords so small.
"Now that I'm staying focused on you it is hard to dash around me." Dakkon smirked.
"Don't Underestimate me!" Snake rebuddled
"Aye, same goes for you!" Dakkon said.
They jumped back from one another. Each moved his blade into a battleready position. I finally had a chance to get a good look at Snakes blade.
It might have been at least three-fifth's of his size. It was a cold, hard, and strangely, white. The blade was a deep white that, when in the sun, hurt ones eyes to look at. Snake twitched his hand and I knew that was possibly all of the observing I could do for now.
They leaped at eachother and fought fiercely. The sheer pressure of them going at full strength knocked me down. I could only listen to the clang of the blades as I lay on my back. As soon as I collected myself enough to raise my head I looked up.
As soon as I looked up I saw the white streak of Snake's blade cut through the air. As it connected with Casha, Dakkon flew back and his impact formed a small crater. I looked around and, surprisingly, many craters lie around the once level earth.
Seeing Snake fight was unreal. His body moved so nimbly it was unimaginable. Some times he would move so fast it seemed as if there were seven of him striking Dakkon at once, and if that wasn't impressive enough, it was obvious Snake could move faster.
Dakkon wasn't just letting Snake beat on him though. Dakkon could move just as fast as Snake, but his large, clunky sword prevented him from making extremel quick combo strikes. Dakkon raised himself from the rubble and dashed around quickly. He went around Snake in a circle.
Snakes eye's danced wildly around trying to lock onto Dakkon. Dakkon stood still for a moment, and Snake mad his strike.
"Cross-Notch strike!" Snake yelled. His body moved even faster. Soon, six Snake images surrounded Dakkon. They pointed their blades directly at Dakkon, and dashed him at once. Dakkon Jumped up and the clones crashed into eachother and disappeared.
I looked up at Dakkon, and once I looked even further I saw a white Juggernaut coming down towards Dakkon. Snake was high up in the air, plummeting. His right hand grasped the end of his Katana's hilt. All of his body weight was forced on the blade as it crashed down.
Dakkon floated in the air, almost as if he were oblivious to his iminent death. He seemed almost frozen in time. Seconds before the tip of the blade could make contact with his back, he vanished.
"Skssssss" Was the sound I clearly heard, and soon the once pure white streak mixed with red and turned pink.
Snake continued on his path as best as he could, his left and grasphing the right side of his face. The blade dug into the earth and Snake balanced himself with one hand on the hilt seconds before he gracefully lowered himself, still grasping his face.
He moved his hands to reveal a large chunk of his ear missing, and his right shoulder sliced.
Dakkon landed some ways away and laughed a little. He then held up the rest of Snake's ear. Snake snarled as Dakkon dangeled the small, pale white flab of fat.
Snake ripped off some of his robe and wrapped it around his ear and shoulder. He then pulled his blade from the ground and readied for battle. Then Dakkon laughed some more.
"What!" Snake demanded. His voice filled with anger, and slight embarrasement for what had become of his ear.
"Oh nothing." Dakkon said playfully.
"Then why are you laughing?" Snake asked.
"Because I'm about to do this." Dakkon replied. Dakkon made his move before Snake could even raise his brow. Dakkon spun and struck the ground with tremendous force, the earth shook and the are where Snake stood caved in on itself.
Snake lay in rubble as Dakkon walked towards the hole. "How" I thought. Then I remembered how Dakkon rushed around Snake earlier.
"Earlier I wasn't just rushing around as a stall Snake." Dakkon said
Snake moaned and tried to get up. Dakkon cut the edge of the crater once more and more rubble crashed down on Snake.
"I was cutting a Whole into the ground." Dakkon began to explain "The top of this soil is strong but gets slightly softer as you cut through it. There are even some empety pockets lying around. All I had to do was cut out somewat of a hole and wait for you to get in place."
Snake uttered "Then why is the area I am on seem so hard?"
"I can explain that to." Dakkon smirked "The topsoil is strong, and as I said, as you cut deeper it gets softer. But it doesn't remain soft for long. This plain wouldn't stand if it did. Once you get past the soft earth you come to the hardest landing imaginable."
Dakkon looked down into the hole. It stood not too far from my body. I collected myself and crawled over. I looked down and saw an Unconcious Snake in the hole, blood leaked from the back of his head.
"Is he..." I began.
"He will survive, a slight concussion, that is all." Dakkon said. Then he twitched slightly. "Someone else is coming...this aura it feels...familiar.
Somehow I felt as if I had known this person to. Then, suddenly a shadow burst from the trees. A small, familiar man landed in front of me.
"Grandpa Robin!" I shouted.
"Yes!" My grandfather said proudly
I stood dumbfounded. How could he move so quickly.
"How in the?" I began.
"Hush!" He said "Things aren't always what they seem. Isn't that right, Eldara!"
"Eldara?" I asked in my head.
Dakkon laughed slightly "You still remember me." he said, sincerely. He glanced over at me "Your grandson is a great fighter, he will be a scout in no time."
The comment left me feeling just a bit confident.
"He's not going to be anything for a while! The boy has no endurance! No Spirit! No Heart!" Grandpa said.
My new found confidence withered away and died.
"He's a natural...If the order still existed he would no doubtedly be a recruit!" Dakkon said.
My confidence returned, I began to puff my chest up, but it still hurt from where Dakkon punched me. I began to cough a little.
"Enough about him, Its been years since your exile. Let me see that wrinkly old face of yours!" Grandpa said
Naturally I was curious. I looked over at Dakkon and he began to change dramatically.
Dakkon's body began to glow a pale green. His body soon faded into nothing but a pale green light. The light moved and wiggled like an amoeba, but soon developed a defined shape. It formed the outline of a small, hunched man. As the light dimmed I could clearly see an old, smiling man. A flower, much like my Grandfather's, lie on his balding head.
Grandpa threw his cane aside "I can walk! I've been healed!" he shouted "Give me a hug"
Dakkon laughed as if it were some sort of inside joke between them. The two men hobbled towards eachother and hugged.

Chapter 4: Snake and I
The two old men hugged for a long, awkward while. I felt unloved. Their moment was cut short by the faint sound of struggling. Dakkon acted quick.
He backflipped, and in the air, his pheonix flower bloomed. The flower engulfed his body and when he landed, it disentegrated into a deep red mist.
With inhumane speed Grandpa dashed towards the forrest. He made jumped as he neared the trees, and he disappeared.
I looked around, wondering what to do. The next thing I knew, a fist had appeared in my stomach. I hacked, and passed out.
"Sorry." I heard Dakkon whisper in my ear.
How long I was out of it I could not tell. I begin to feel my body rumbling around. I was in the hands of...who? Dakkon? No. I could smell blood and there was a deep panting.
I heard a faint, spiteful mumble"When I get my hands on that rat..."
I opened my eyes and I was over Snake's shoulder. He held on to my legs with one hand, why was he doing this. I looked over and he was tearing through the forrest like a madman.
Being an archer, I felt the pain of nature. The sound of trees recklessly being torn apart resounded in my mind like nails on a chalk board. Seeing small birds fly away for safety brought tears to my eyes and burned my skin. I closed my eyes and began to call on nature to calm him.
Then Snake stopped. I knew what was going on. From his eyes, the trees seemed to sway and swirl around him, he was in an orb of peace.
"It doesn't work on me" He began "But I get the point." He began to grow less tense and put me down.
"Nature thanks you." I said calmly
I heard a low roar in the shadows. I looked around. I glared at Snake.
"Woopsie doopsie!" He began, a little to calmly for comfort. "I seem to have drawn the attention of already aggressive inhabitants of this area."
Suddenly hundreds of large woodland beasts appeared. There were King Kills, Weakened Ogres, Harkens and Des Harkans alike. From the corner of my eye I saw a gang of Trumpy's readied for battle.
"Sit right there little archer, I have some stress to releive." Snake said, exitement in his eyes.
He slowly drew his white blade. He then looked around, smirked, and raised the blade into the air.
"Triad Execution Style..." He began "One-Hundred Strikes!" as he finished his sentence he sliced the blade down and to his right.
I looked around. "Pfft" I thought. I took a second glance, and saw every monster stunned.
Then, suddenly, all of the monsters collapsed, blood flowing from their bodies. There was a group wail of pain.
After some time,I wanted to get up and end it quickly for them, I couldn't bear hearing them scream anymore. I moved to get up, then Snake spoke.
"Be careful, they aren't done fighting." He said "Neither am I."
He took a good look around. "There is only one way to end this."
He pulled from his pocket a small, skull-shaped trinket. He lifted it to his head, then the middle of his chest, then his rght shoulder, and finally the left. He held the trinket up high.
"Deus ex machina..." He said. The skull immediately turned into a strange weapon. It was a long pole, and a blade stuck out from the top. It was like a one-sided axe.
"This is a scythe little archer." Snake began "Not many exist, but the few that do cause much destruction. Going back I should have used this on Dakkon...but it would have drained too much of my power. I know it wouldn't be a one-hit-kill for him, but to these guys, just seeing it spells doom."
"End It quickly, bitter angel of death." he said. With the scythe waying his body down I could see his bloody massacre.
He rushed into a large group of monsters. He made one full swing with his scythe, and limbs flew everywhere. It was terrible, but I couldn't close my eyes.
He made his way into another group of bodies, and slammed the scythe into the ground, and ripped it back up. A hole formed in the earth and swallowed the bodies.
His meathods of killing were brutal, but seeing him execute it...was eerily beutiful. It was as if Snake were dancing around, but he was surprisingly emotionless.
After witnessing this horrible massacre, I made my way over to a tree, and pressed my hands against the bark. The crown of the tree began to glow and a hole formed in the middle.
"Show me how he first struck the monsters, please" I asked.
For Isyan trees are special. Elven archers use them for viewing events, it is the best way to catch a criminal. Older trees are the best for viewing events such as Snake's. They tend to slow things down for the viewer.
The hole began to glow a light green color and then showed me the horrid event.
It started when snake raised his sword. Then, his body vanished for a minute.
"Follow his body, please." I asked.
The view followed Snake's movements. He went around from monster to monster. With his he sword pierced their bodies one hundred times, each monster!
"Stop, please" I asked the tree.
The glowing stopped and the bark returned to its normal color.
"Why didn't you go at Dakkon like that?" I asked. Though I was glad he didn't.
"Because that attack stirs up many monsters." He said "I couldn't have held Dakkon back for long AND fended off hordes of monsters."
"I don't see any monsters surrounding us now, why aren't more coming?" I asked.
"I killed almost every monster in the forrest, but the strong smell of blood from this area might draw some of the stronger predators, lets go, I'm not in the mood for killing." Snake said.
He seemed unexcited when he wasn't fighting an actual person. I guess it is easier to fight someone who has done wrong. I still don't know what Dakkon did though...
"We're going to have to keep your family under surveilance, to make sure Dakkon doesn't get to you again." He said.
I nodded my head.
He fell over.
"Are you ok?" I asked. Then thought about my choice of words. I prepared myself for a sarcastic remark.
"Remember when I told you that if I fought like that against Dakkon it would drain me...I'm drained. Moving as fast as I did, twice in a row, is strenuous." Snake said.
"What about the predators?" I asked, frantically.
It suddenly clicked to Snake that this would happen. "Can you carry me?" Snake asked.
I picked up his body, he was heavy, but I could go some distance with him.
"Ok, only scouts should be allowed to know this skill" He began. "But I can temporarily allow you to use this skill, It will drain you, and you can only use it once."
His finger began to glow, then he poked me on my forehead. "Natures Swiftness" He said.
Angel's Wings sprouted from my back and wrapped themselves around my body.
"Go quick!" He said "It only lasts a minute."
I began to run, my body felt more agile than ever. I then got curious of my abilities. I made a leap towards the top of a tree. I was surprised when I was several miles above my intentional direction.
I didn't start landing any time soon, I looked at Snake curiously.
"Remember those wings that formed?" He asked, rhetorically. "Well they do allow you to fly, but the power of the spell will go away faster."
I then thought quickly, of something I had dreamed of forever, and pulled my legs in to my body, and kicked off. I burst through the air with amazing speed. Before I knew it, I was in Elderine.
I could feel the power slowly flowing away. I slowed down and tried to brace myself for a landing. The two of us landed in the Ox Field battle area. The guards walked over to us.
"This is so embarrasing." Snake said "So easily drained of my power by Dakkon, I will get that rat someday!"
When they came over, unlike me, they knew Snake was hurt.
"Take him to Avon, she should be able to patch him up ok."
They took him away and left me in the field.
"Well...I wonder if Fredrick still has a bone to pick with those Senior Torturers." I said to myself.
I made my way to Fredrick and he sent me on my task.

The Path to 60:My Small Sub Story Adventure!
Level 56: Kindness is the same in every language
I woke up today, determined to get stronger.
"I am going to train ALL DAY!" I proclaimed proudly.
"Then get your *** out of bed!" I heard Grandpa yell from the lower level of the house. "And if you don't bring back any milk, your getting it!"
I didn't respond, I know how my Grandfather is. I got out of bed, put on my armour, and decided to go t the Abyss to train.
The Abyss is a lawless area. People seem to lose their minds there! Only the bond of friends and guildmembers can keep you from being attacked from anybody on a rampage.
To make things worse, it is full of fake people, formed from pure evil, sent to throw others off. These fakes infiltrate parties and kill off members in the hour of need. Who would create beings of such darkness, and why?
I decided to make my way to Elderine by way of the Town Portal Guard. I walked by and marveled at all of the newcomers coming from the boats. Their faces were bright and filled with wonder. It made me think of my first day exploring.
Grandpa Robin was very protective and I was not allowed to go far from Roumen until i had lived fourteen years. I remember how excited I was. My first bow, my first steps into the deep forrest. I remember my first battle.
'Twas an Epic battle, man Vs Slime. He tried to sneak up on me, but I could clearly hear the sound if his body squishing and mushing in the grass. He tried to suffocate me with his body, my arrows quickly put an end to that idea. Even though it was my first battle, I clearly outclassed him in agility. Several arrows pierced his squishy skin.My last arrow made its way through my gelatenous foe's eye. I was proud, and for the first time in my life, I felt like a true Elf.
After remeniscing, I continued on my way to the town portal guard. We chatted a bit, then he stepped aside and, using magic that he learned from a prestegious college in Elderine, opened a gate to Elderine for me.
"Modern travel is amazing!" I thought to myself.
When I had arrived in Elderine, I quickly ran to the battlefield guard. I had no time for chit-chat, I wanted to get things done.
The battlefield guard stood in front of a statue, I saluted him, and he moved out of the way, revealing another gate. I went through and was in the Forest Perimeter.
I ran over to the far left guard, he guarded the Passage of the Abyss, where people of my caliber were required to go. Like all guards, he saluted me, moved out of the way, and let me through the gate.
The Passage was scary, I looked around for fakes and reals alike.
I donned my crossbow, it was slower than my bow, but definitely more powerful.
I made my way to a room of monsters, on my way several followed me. I shot my acid arrows into the room, but unlike the Orc Hunter, these guys could take more than a few hits.
I began to run away, but not out of cowardess. Archers have been blessed with the ability to run and attack. Some call it 'Kiting' others call it 'Strafing' and those who think It is unfair call it 'cowardly'
That aside, I ran wildy, shooting hundreds of arrows at a time into the air, sometimes I would stop and get a better shot in, but I wouldn't be too slow about it.
Out of the corner of my eye I spotted a small blue orb flying towards me, I caught it. The orb was an invitation to battle with others. It came from a mage, named Kitty Baba. With her was another archer named Xindra. I couldn't help but be attracted to her, so I showed off just a little bit. I finished off the horde of monsters, and posed triumphantly.
The two weren't paying much attention, they saw some pretty items on the ground after the bodies of the defeated withered away.
The two begain to talk in some strange words.
"Foreigners" I thought.
See, many languages have spawned off throughout Isya. In the beginning these languages were used just to keep things between groups of people private, but now it is all some groups of people know, aside from a bit of English.
"Sorry" Xindra said. "We speak Hungarian, I speak some English but Kitty doesn't"
We killed some hordes of monsters together. I do admit, I felt slightly awkward when the two girls giggled amongst themselves.
After a while I thought that we needed a cleric to strengthen us, because we weren't working so well, but I do like helping others out. I could tell they were a little weaker than I.
"Well this is a little innefective." Xindra said. "I have a stronger friend, let us go to the Dungeon of the Abyss, we have a more skilled friend who is willing to help us."
My eyes brightened up. We quickly made our way out of the area, before anything could incapassitate us, and there their friend was.
MaNiAc666 was his name. He stood tall, he was a great warrior. Like Dakkon, he bore the Claw of Casha, but his was much weaker than Dakkon's.
"Let's go,the Dungeon of the Abyss is in Uruga." he said.
"I have a scroll, I will go ahead of you guys, is that alright?" I asked.
"Sure." He said.
I landed in Uruga, excited. I made my way up to the Battlefield guard, and he let me pass, just as the others. The others arrived shortly.
We made our way to the deep, dark, stinky dungeon of the abyss. I smelled blood in the air, but I wasn't afraid!
MaNiAc was our tank, our frontman. He took the attention of the monsters while Xindra, Kitty, and I picked them off.
He was much stronger than the Dungeon needed, but the Abyss areas have recently been going out of control, in order to regulate things, they removed limits, but soon they draw a line in strength.
The abyss areas are still a training ground, so exceptionally strong warriors arent allowed in some areas, but weaker warriors who can hold their own may come in and try.
The three of us were there for days it had seemed. We accidently got ourselves lost in the labrynth. We tore our way through the area and finally found the door.
Why would we leave such an area? Fatigue, our stones were running low, many reasons. We made our way to the gate guard and as he let us pass a dark hole opened in front of us.
"Get back!" he shouted. He pulled out his spear, and readied for battle.
Out of the dark hole a blob landed in front of us, we readied for battle, but didn't move to hastily.
"I will send a distress signal!" The guard said. At once he spun his spear over his head, and struck the ground with the bottom. A small circle of light formed at his feet. The circle glowed red for a minute, then cooled own. "Help is coming"
The blob made a gurgling sound, which drew our attention. The blob began to shape itself. I could clearly see the sleeve of an Enchanter's garment forming, the Natures Body armour sleeve. Then, suddenly, another arm flew out, but the arm was from a fighter's garment, the glowing red Light Plate body. Two legs formed, wearing the Plate armour of Clerics.
"Run! go through the gates!" The guard yelled. Then the head of the composite beast formed and the Dusk hat of a Scout rested upon his head. He grabbed the guard and flung him across the room.
We stepped back, he raised his hand and a blue circle formed under us. We jumped out of the way as iceburgs crashed down on the marked area.
I opened my mouth to speak, but the beast flung his next attack before I could utter a word.
He (or she) raised his fist and slammed it into the ground, chunks of earth flew at the four of us. Xindra, still in the air when it struck, was thrown at a wall and pinned there by the rocks.
The beast laughed. Maniac came to his feet and ran towads it. The Composite Monster raised both fists and crashed them down, but didn't hit the ground. Then, suddenly, a Soul's Hammer pinned Maniac.
The monster began sucking in air, his chest grew several sizes. He held it in for a few seconds...I knew this attack well it was a poison mist Archers can mix many of the poisons in their body with the air. We can resist these poisons moreso than others, it will do practically nothing to us...but to others its almost instant death, at this point-blank range.
I didn't know what to do...I had never before felt this sort of fear. Once again, my world began to spin out of control. The beast became nothing more than a technicolor blat floating in a tye-dye space. This wasn't an affect of the poison though, he hadn't even breathed out yet.
I looked around...and to my dismay I saw them. The Hunter and the Mistress. I glared at them. They returned with a small laugh, but then got serious.
"For now we won't tell you who we are." The Hunter said.
The Mistress just outstretched her out, her mouth remained sealed shut. I assume her to be some sort of mute.
"But if you want to defend your friends, you'll need to borrow our powers, temporarily of course." The man continued.
I was a little suspicious of these shady characters...but somehow I needed to protect my newfound friends. I nodded my head in consent.
The pair's bodies glowed and morphed together, the final outcome was a glowing crystal that moved and sprouted as if something was stored inside waiting to burst out.
"Will this destroy my body?" I asked myself "Get it together, this is no time to be selfish!"
I picked up the crystal, and shoved it directly into my stomach. I felt a sharp pain, and then I spun back into reality.
I stood up, grabbing my bow. The beast still held his toxic mist. I readied an arrow, and as I drew the arrow, a shock of green twisted outward from my hand, and around my bow.
From the tip of the arrow a small spark divided and twisted around my bow, and as it did my weapon changed. The body of the bow became crystaline. Spikes jagged outward here and there from my bow, and some formed a block and stronger grip for my hand, I suppose with these new powers my bow might have a little more blowback. The strings of the bow became a green light, and the arrow itself was surrounded by an outer coating of a green crystal, much like the one I ingested.
I closed my eyes for a minute, and once I opened them I saw several crosshairs on the beasts body. I didn't know what it meant, but I trusted the Hunter and Mistress to deliver me for now.
I released the arrows and the blowback was indeed all I expected and more, but the arrow pierced the air and made not a sound. Suddenly, it shattered into shards of light and crystals, each hitting one of the crosshairs.
Each of my blasts seemed to be absorbed into his body. Most would have given up hope at that point, but I knew full well the abilities of the pair.
I waited for seconds, then everything just fell apart on the beasts body. I could tell that something inside was exploding violently, I assume that to be the arrows of light.
"Oh no!" I thought "Even if he is dead, if all of that poison seeps out, the others will still be in danger!"
I didn't know what to do, that was, until the crystals kicked in. Several large, jagged, bloody red spikes made their way outside of its body.
The poison began to violently seep from the spaces between the holes and spikes, but then, the spikes twisted and formed some sort of globe around him, which began to shrink more and more until it disappeared.
I can only imagine the bloody sight of the body being crushed under the pressure.
"Thank You" I said to the pair.
Then, from the inside of my body, I felt an immense pain as the crystal left me and formed the Hunter and Mistress. I collapsed to the floor, fatigued.
"Oh by the way," The Hunter began. "Your body is going to be torn up for days, but this might help..."
The woman put her hands to her lips, and seemed to blow a kiss...but from her puckered lips a technicolor mist made its way towards me. It spun around my face and like water to a drain, leaked into my body.
I fell into bliss...what was this feeling? My world became nothing but field of oversized tye-dye flowers. I danced with them as they swayed to and fro in the wind.
I was in this field for what seemed to be ten minutes. Then everything spun away...I awoke in a small-ish house, on a bed that my feet were hanging off of. I tried to get up, and hit my head, then a deep pain in my ribs caused me to wail.
Then, a small, yet energetic, fairy flew into the room to my aid. Healer Pooring, Uruga's Head Nurse.
"You've been here for days." She said.
"What!?" I exclaimed.
"Fighting that beast put too much pressure on your insides, its a wonder you haven't exploded." She repied.
Then a familiar voice interrupted us "Yea you went all haywack on that thing, from what I could see. When they found you, you were dancing."
I looked, it was Maniac. "That was pretty boss..." he began "Sometime after he lifted his hammer from my body, I crawled tried to prop myself up, but then I saw you. Your bow was immaculate, and your eyes had changed. One was a crosshair, the other was glowing a mystical green."
I was surprised.
"Oh but then your bow went back to its old, cruddy looking self and you fainted, like a sissy. Then after a minute you took a deep breath, and got up...you wobbled like a drunkard, then began to dance like a hippie." Maniac finished.
I felt like an idiot.
"Bye the way...congratulations on moving up in rank." He said.
I was surprised! I looked over at my pet honeying, who told me "You have one wish, do you wish for Dexterity? Spirit? Strength? Intelligence? or Endurance?"
Mini Pets are a wonderful tool. They keep track of your progression, once they deem that you have worked hard enough, they notify you and give you one wish that you may use to make yourself a little stronger. It's somewhat Ironic...because after a while, with them judging you like that, you feel like a pet in the end... Oh well, thats just one of the mysteries of Isya.
"Hey, my friends are getting married today, would you like to join in the festivities?" Maniac asked.
"Sure" I replied.
We headed to Elderine. I felt somewhat out of place at the wedding, only a few of them spoke as I, but I was wholeheartedly excepted by the friendly foreigners. After the couple said "I do" there was much singing and dancing...and much sweet sweet ale, most of which Maniac drunk.
A very intoxicated Maniac declared "Maseltov!" and passed out.
We all laughed as the sun set on a very eventful week. The loving couple called in an extra large Pegasus, and they flew away to wherever.

Two months after my adventure with snake, I acheived my Scoutsmanship. See, after a certain ammount of training for any person- Fighter, Mage, Cleric, or Archer- they are confronted by the High Council of Isya. They are put through several trials in order to receive their respective Licenses. Fighters become Warriors, Archers become Scouts, Mages become Enchanters, and Clerics become Paladins.
After acheiving your License you have to go through a year of schooling to hone new skills, etcetera. Also, the stronger you get, the better weapons you are allowed to buy.
Some may be wondering why newcomers have to go through using Weak bows instead of just buying Stronger bows from the Urugarian shops. Well, the High Council of Isya used to let this happen, but they noticed that the weapons overwhealmed the 'Newbies' and their performance on the battlefield was less than satisfactory. After that, they issued all young Adventurers a License. Its a standard 6 Month Training and Learning process before you can get your license renewed to have the right to purchase stronger weapons.
About ten minutes ago I finished my last examination, right now our instructors are reviewing the results of the class and If I did well enough- I will be issued the Standard Form of the Battle Bow. If I failed on the other hand, I will have to go through another year of schooling.
The last five minutes of waiting were like hell, most everybody in the class was sweating like a nervous wreck. The combined smell of perspiration just made the time in there seem ten times longer.
The Classroom was large enough to hold all 1,337 students. We all sat at desks on a lower part of the classroom while our instructor's desk stood on a platform 20 Feet off of the ground. The blackboard was 17 Feet Tall, and 28 Feet Wide, our instructor used advanced magic to write on it.
Our instructor was a special type of enchanter, a Sage. His face is hidden by a hood, and nobody can see his arms, but I once caught a glimpse of his hands, which look almost mummified. His knowlege of magic exceeds that of both Wizards and Warlocks, but he is forbidden to teach Sage magic to "ordinary" students, just seeing some of the spells has put some students in comas, and several in Epileptic Seizures.
I watched our teacher closely. I could tell he finished grading our exams, I crossed my fingers. He dug around in his desk for a few minutes, then pulled out an orb. He threw both the orb and our exams into the air, the orb flashed, and all of our exams disappeared. When the glow wore off the orb exploded and 3 names floated in the air.
I panicked, I wasn't one of the three names. I looked around as most of my classmates fought back tears.
"These are the three students who will have to repeat my Class" The instructor bellowed.
Before we rejoiced we looked around for the three in need of comfort.
"Also...None of these names belong to any of you!" He laughed.
I laughed nervously, then rejoiced.
"You will now be issued your new weapons!" he shouted. He raised one hand in the air then snapped his fingers and on the desk of every student belonged his weapon of preference, mine being the bow.
"Lastly, throughout this school year our High Council has been closely studying the progress of two mages in particular!" He began "Would KikuchiHanzou and Nefarious please stand up?" He snapped his fingers and they were transported right in front of him. "Right now you two have the opportunity to learn Sage magic, do you accept"
"Yes!" Kiku said eagerly. His voice filled with excitement, his eyes filled with wonder.
Nefarious Grinned "Sure." His voice, on the otherhand, was filled with arrogance. His eyes, uncaring.
"That being said," Our instructor began to make a final statement, "This school year is over, I will see you in 2 More years- if you choose to return to receive your certification to wield and purchase armor from the High Bellow Knights. Now go home, and Merry Christmas to all!"
He opened his hand and a small mist engulfed our class, except for Kiku and Nefarious. We were all teleported home to enjoy the holidays with our families.
My holdidays are far from glamorous, but I enjoy them nonetheless The only family I know is Grandpa Robin, and our pet dog, Shibby. I never received an endless array of expensive gifts, but Grandpa Robin always works his hardest to make me something just as nice. We don't eat ten course meals, but he grows his own vegetables and hunts down at least five ducks every year.

~Note this is not my Adventure Diary, its a fictional Story about my character~
~NOTE: This will be on hiatus for A WHILE~
Chapter 1: Chosen?
