I am a level 12 cleric and i recently tried to do the kingdom quest.. i have the quest.. and i went to join and it says cannot find the kingdom quest pls help me

That's just due to lag. Go to a map with less people (meaning not Rumen or Elderine) and try it there. Keep trying.
