Error Code 1812 Reward Box

My Reward Box couldn't open, because

"Notice: Inventory is full, the box cannot be opened."

Later on I opened further inventory spaces, but the message stayed the same.

It also added Error Code 1812 everytime I tried to open it as well.

I'm just thinking maybe it's an awesome prize inside, so I don't want to throw it away...

Can a GM please open it for me? :(

Please, if anyone knows how I can go about doing this, please help.

Also, all further award boxes I've received seem to have the same problem now. Can someone please help me with this?

It happened to me, I relogged and could open.

I've tried that. It still won't open.

Kalaan, please help me. At the very least, if anyone knows the usual procedure when things like this happen, and know that I won't get my items for sure, then tell me so I can open up two inventory spots please.

i got the same error just now. how can i do? :(
As i found the same problem to the others player whom had posted on 8/20. But i still cannot find any solution on other post....
Who knows what can we do for that? Plz let us know.. ty

If you folks don't get a reply anytime soon, you can always send the GMs a direct Private Message via the PM system.

You can go to the main Outspark Forum and look down towards the bottom. There should be a function called "View Forum Leader" or something to that effect. Clicking that will give you a list of GMs and Forum moderators who will be able to help you.

They will be a bit slow responding sometimes so please be patient (they deal with a lot of people on a daily basis).
