Big difference?

I'm quite new to this game (omg noob!) and I was wondering if there's a big difference between Elure, Blessed Elrue and Lucky Elrue? I mean, what does 'Blessed' and 'Lucky' stand for?

I've also noticed that there's a tier 2 of Elrues, (maybe lixes too, but haven't seen any yet) what does that mean? o.O

Yea, a noticable difference IMO.

Tier 2 are for item level 2 gear. You will start getting it in the 20's
