No connection to the servers

Alright. I've downloaded the game, Downloaded the patches and when I hit, "Play" I get this message.

And then the only way for me to get out of the game is by hitting Ctrl-Alt-Del.

Can I please have some help?

By chance do you have a firewall up? Or maybe a virus scanner that may be blocking it?

I forgot that this computer has a firewall. Trying it now. Thank you very much.

Alright. I tried it. Looks like the only problem was a screw loose between the chair and the keyboard. XD
