Mass spammers? Some of these characters where VERY high from the looks of them. Right after I got out of a KQ some that had just participated in the KQ all at once spam gold? This a new trick or one I've just been missing.

That is a very unfortunate chat bug in the game. If you got a lot of people and a lot of lag, stuff shouted and said in public will appear above many people's head as if they actually said it. It's freaky for sure. Some of the people listed are regular players and not spammers.

If you are going to post, please make sure you have listed the people correctly who are spamming (check the chat log?). You could get innocent people banned that way.

When they fix the chat system that might be possible eh? Keeping up with the chat during a spam attack is impossible due to if you hit the up button as soon as someone posts it goes back to the bottom to show the new post. And its been explained by Tasty what happened there thank you. I'm sure GM's are aware of this glitch and so something like my confusion as to what the hell happened there should not have got anyone banned cept the obvious fffccc who's been spamming a few days now.

You can always enlarge the chat window as well by clicking and dragging up along the top of it. you'l lget a lot more than the standard 3-4 lines of text you normally do

It is a hacker...gm's have that special gm title thing before their name. Also hair that are not of the 3 basic ones we're given at character creation are bought from the cash shop (or so i was told by korean friends). So yeah that was a hacker -.-.

It is not a hack. It is a random glitch. Keep making new characters and you will eventually get it.

I already replied it's a random bug. Report the names and I will have it fixed. This is the reason I have to fix it rather than let it stand, people who can't access it believe it is hacking and report players who are just victims of a bug.

Some of the people shown spamming, the higher class ones, probably weren't spamming at all. It's the lvl 1's without weapons and with names like "adjhdksfg" who are the real spammers. Sometimes things that are said by one person can appear above others' heads.
