cannot complete quests

Hi,
I finished 2 quests, from the blacksmith and Mr Zach the trainer and it won't let me complete the quest. I get to the page to select reward and can't do anything. Only way I can get out of the screen is to distance myself from them. So, is this a bug or just some greedy NPC's, or is there something I am not doing right to get my reward?

There is no "complete quest" button?

Also make sure you have room in your inventory for the reward. It won't let you finish the quest if you don't.

there is a complete quest button, but does nothing when pushed, and my inventory is fairly empty.

If there is a choice of rewards on the right side then you have to click on one to chose it. if you don't then the quest won't complete.
