There's not 1 30+ stat included, given the three stats are desirable but asking 9g is being very optimistic.

T3 enhancement used to be 3-4g when I was lvl 68, meaning if you enhanced them back then and you bought them for 500s ish your max price without you losing any money is 4.5g

But here's what a lot of people like yourself don't understand ... Not everything you buy you can sell for more, sometimes you gotta take a loss.
With your mentality you could go buy anything for any outrageous price, enhance it, keep it for 10 lvls and then sell it to get your money back and then some.
Not gonna happen sweet-heart, especially with non-capped items (anything below lvl 80) because no ones paying 9 gold for something they're only going to use for a little while before getting something better.

And besides that, generally you'd have a starting bid lower than what you're expecting to get, thats why its called a STARTING bid, 9g sounds like a buy-out to me.

I don't need or want those pants, I just wanted to share my view.
