I think for now the best way is just to be a little bit patient. I know a few people who have ended their marriage in the game without having to divorce and they are doing pretty well.
So just sit tight and relax ;)

As said above:
Divorce will come eventually
You dont need to spam up forums with these type of things, it will come, wait for it
Be patient


And lastly, Outspark is NOT like real life in this aspect. Just because you do a "petition" doesnt mean outspark has to do it. It just means people have signed (hence why in some areas, doing petitions is against the law. At my college, petitions for things get you a bad report, but when making new clubs they require at least 25+ people to sign a list saying that yes, they are interested in it, but other than that petitions are frowned upon).
