Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?

Vid card drivers up to date?

Meet minimum requirements?


Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions can cause the game to NOT launch.

It is NOT a bug.

^When ur start Launscher there are 2 spots with "Name" and "Password". Then you need to put in ur Accname/PW then Click "Start"
