When lanterns are right clicked on, they are used and regenerate 1 hp and 1 sp every second for 60 seconds. But beware, this does waste a lantern. Puddings can also be right clicked on, however I don't know how much they regenerate. I purposely clicked on a pudding while I was in my house to see what would happen. It said "Item cannot be used due to an abnormal state", which is the same error message that comes up when trying to use potions in a house. If anyone is willing to sacrifice a pudding to see how much it recovers, please do.
