Today while partying i noticed that it was impossible for me to heal a member of an opposite guild with which we were at war around 24 hours ago. My character went through the motions of casting but i got the notice "Incorrect Skill". This happened both with Heal and Restore while it appeared that the buffs worked normaly. I remember someone in CB mentioning a similar situation - they were unable to revive a charcter they were at war with some time ago. The bug is pretty uncomfortable since the person was not able to tank due to not receiving heal.
