He's referring to our last update.
Lag can be contributed to many things. It could be your computer (spazzy connection, too many programs open, not running on the requirements needed to play), it could also be the map you are on (Towns are generally very laggy no matter what), or just simply a busy server.
I suggest you check out Yosei's Lag Guide (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=64300) to see if you can't fix it a bit.
