Hello,
i have a big question.
are addons legal and does fiesta has addons?
and if fiesta doesnt maybe i can make 1
but..
how can i make them

Unless it is created by Outspark/OnsOnSoft, and provided officially through Outspark's services, then no it's not allowed.
So if you find one on the web or make one, do not use it. Otherwise there could be some consequences to your account.

Like Shadowic said..3rd party programs, unless provided by Outspark, are not allowed.
Along with that... telling how and linking to the sites is not allowed. Its a violation of the ToS.

To answer the necro-question: No. Helpful or not, any additional programs or add-ons are not allowed and could get you banned.

Anyways, as stated in the original answer to this thread, and the answers that have followed the Necro-Post, any add-ons to this game are not allowed.
